The Artist Behind the Flavor:

Sharon was 16 years old when she first encountered baking. It was a box of pancake mix that stumbled upon her kitchen counter, and 45 minutes later mix had turned into scones. She fell in love with the art of bringing desserts to life- flavors pulled from her childhood in Taiwan twisted into French patisserie in her later years. She honed her craft at Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo and moved to NYC to take over renowned bakeries.
Today, she decided it was time for another challenge. No, not a pancake mix one, but something just as transformative—reinventing the American staple, brownies, with bold flavors and a fresh perspective.
